Willow Wind Carriage Service is committed to making your event as memorable as it can be. Mary & Terry Adkins and the staff of Willow Wind Carriage Service will strive to provide you with timely service in a manner that exceeds your expectations.

PROFESSIONALISM
A signed contract will be sent to each client and when returned that contract is our commitment to you. Every effort will be made to provide the service as requested. In the event that there is a problem with one of the
carriages, another carriage will be substituted with your approval to provide the service. A non-refundable
deposit is required at the time the contract is signed to guarantee the date and time as well as the carriage
requested, with the exception of the funeral services..

WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS
The carriages can be used in light rain but the event must be cancelled or re-scheduled if there is freezing rain, snow,  bitter cold temperatures, thunderstorms, severe heat index or heavy rain.  The weather will be checked frequently and if there is a problem
anticipated, you will be contacted. At that time an
alternative solution will be discussed. 

SERVICE
The horses will all be fitted with manure collection bags to reduce or eliminate manure exposure. The
staging area for the preparation of the carriages will be cleaned after the event to help eliminate any manure and as much debris as possible from the hay. 

DECORATIONS
Decorations for the carriages are available for an
additional fee for anniversaries and other special events as requested by the client. The carriages used for the holiday season will be decorated with appropriate
holiday decorations. For safety reasons, very little
decoration will be placed on the horses.
