Willow Wind Carriage Service strives to
provide service to our customers with friendly and
courteous drivers and grooms. An effort will always be made to be sure that everyone at your event
enjoys themselves and is entertained by the drivers and grooms when appropriate. For those special quiet
moments in the carriage, our drivers and grooms strive to maintain an air of privacy and consideration for the
passengers.
The drivers and grooms will be appropriately attired in formal vintage attire for the more formal events or for less formal events such as parades, corporate picnics, festivals and such, our grooms and drivers will be attired in vintage attire of shirts and vests appropriate for the occasion or to match the carriage, but still in the spirit of the step back in time.
The horses used by Willow Wind Carriage Service are all healthy and seem to enjoy their work. Many of the horses used are retired show horses. All of the horses used have correct conformation, with a beauty, grace and presence, and personality that will add to the occasion.
Currently the horses used are Percheron draft horses. The colors of the horses used are gray (white) and black. A few of the horses are pictured here.
We encourage anyone who is planning to hire a carriage service to go to the farm and look at the horses and the equipment being used before signing a contract with any carriage company.
